- 200 g sardine small
- 3 - 4 nos shallot
- 2 nos green chilli chily
- 2 pinch turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper whole
- 1 ginger small piece
- 3 cloves garlic - 4
- coconut oil
- clean sardines,add salt and turmeric powder,mix well
- grind shallot,green chilly,chilly powder,pepper,ginger and garlic together.make a fine paste
- add this mix to cleaned sardines keep aside for 15-30 minutes
- heat oil in pan and fry sardines.
- serve hot.
