- 2 nos bitter gourd
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon green chili sliced
- 3 pinchs turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 sprig curry leaves
- salt
- oil

Instructions
- clean and cut bitter guard in to thin pieces
- in a bowl add bitter guard and coconut flakes.marinate it with chili powder salt and turmeric powder.keep aside for 5-10 minutes
- heat oil in a pan add marinated bitter guard and coconut , fry it until coconut and bitter guard turns to brown and crispy.then remove it from the pan and keep aside.
- in the same oil add curry leaves and sliced chili.fry it until it become crispy.remove from pan and mix it with fried bitter guard and coconut.
- store in an air tight container for up to 7-10 days.
