Ingredients
- 150 grams sugar snap pea
- 8 nos shallot
- 2 nos chilly green
- 1 pinch turmeric
- mustard seeds
- oil
- water

Instructions
- Mix chopped beans and chopped shallots together with salt
- heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds
- when mustard starts splutter add a pinch of turmeric then add pea and shallots.
- stir well, pour little bit water and cover the pan ,reduce flame .
- cook for 10 minutes.stirring occasionally.
- remove from fire and serve with rice.
Recipe Notes
while cleaning pea pods may need to be stringed.
