- 1 nos tender coconut
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 grams china grass
- 2 cups water

Instructions
- cut china grass in to small pieces and soak it in to 1/2 cup of water for 15 minutes.
- separate tender coconut water and flesh .keep it aside.
- add sugar in to coconut water and mix well.
- cut tender coconut flesh in to small pieces.
- boil 1 1/2 cup water in a pan and add soaked and drained china grass in to it. stir well in a low flame until china grass melts completely.
- mean time slightly heat tender coconut water.
- then add melted china grass in to the tender coconut water.stir well.
- strain it and add flesh of tender coconut in to it.transfer this to a pudding bowl
- let it cool and place in a refrigerator for 2-3 hour
- serve and enjoy!
