- 5 nos shallots
- 1 teaspoon chilly powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- mustard seeds
- curry leaves

Instructions
- heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds.when mustard splutter add curry leves and shallots .saute well
- Add cleaned and chopped tomatos in to the oil stir well in high flame until the puree comes out
- add chili powder ,coriander powder, turmeric and salt.stir well for few minutes,add sufficient water,cook for five minutes
- switch off the stove
- serve hot with chapati ,rice or pathiri
